My name is Sarah, and I am extremely passionate about guiding people with love, compassion, and accountability on their journey of self discovery, self love, shadow integration, and personal development. My passions are shadow work, deep transformative inner child healing, and conscious relationships. I am a certified life coach, relationship coach, Reiki master, EFT practitioner, and hypnotherapist. I help people to take their power back and take charge of their life by guiding them through the shadow work process and deep self inquiry.
